The histogram in Fig. 7B illustrates the significant association between CD74 levels and immune subtypes in 27 cancers (27/33, 81.8%), with the top six shown in Fig. S8B. Relationships between CD74 and immune-associated genes encoding immunosuppressive and activating proteins, chemokines and their receptors, and MHC proteins, were then explored (Fig. S11). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-C and cancer.
