Patients with and without NPI-Q based apathy had similar CSF-levels of Aβ-40 (median[IQR]: 7.6 [6.7–9.4] vs. 8.0 [6.5–9.6] ng/mL, p = 0.9), Aβ-42 (median[IQR]: 342 [277–410] vs. 373 [282–466] pg/mL, p = 0.7), total tau (median[IQR]: 432 [296–698] vs. 434 [312–512] pg/mL, p = 0.7) and phosphorylated tau (median[IQR]: 61.4 [45.8–94.6] vs. 56.0 [37.4–72.3], p = 0.4).
