Pathway enrichment analysis using GESA showed that the CTLA4 pathway (Biocarta; normalized enrichment score (NES) 1.6, false discovery rate (FDR) 0.19) and primary immunodeficiency pathway (Kegg; NES 1.7, FDR 0.11) were significantly enriched in H compared to B/T (Fig. 6). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and inborn error of immunity.
