Conversely, GGT5 demonstrated a notable reduction in invasive breast carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (all p < 0.05) (Fig. 1A). The gene discussed is GGT5; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
