We previously reported the case of a 23-year-old woman with a heterozygous STAT1 GOF variant (NM_007315.3:c.800C > T, p.Ala267Val), which was a known pathogenic variant, who presented with bronchiectasis and recurrent respiratory infections (Supplementary Fig. 1A and B) [22]. This evidence concerns the gene STAT1 and respiratory tract infectious disorder.
