Based on the analysis of survival data across 33 cancer types in TCGA and UCSC databases, we found that high expression of ASB6 was significantly associated with shorter disease-free interval (DFI), disease-specific survival (DSS), overall survival (OS), and progression-free interval (PFI) in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) (Figure 2A, C).
