The rate of the FAB-M5 subtype was higher in DNMT3A-mutated AML patients than in DNMT3A-wild-type AML patients (35.4% vs. 15.1%, p<0.001), and the rate of the FAB-M2 subtype was lower than that in DNMT3A-wild-type patients (38.5% vs. 59.5%, p=0.003).
