At the same time, high levels of IL-12p70 (OR, 1.088; 95% CI, 1.019–1.162, P = 0.012), IL-13 (OR, 1.055; 95% CI, 1.002–1.111, P = 0.041), and IFN-γ (OR, 1.150; 95% CI, 1.018–1.299; P = 0.025) were positively associated with the risk of HD. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and Huntington disease.
