Mutant K-Ras4B is associated with various cancers, such as pancreatic cancer (60%), colon cancer (32%), lung cancer (17%), and approximately 5%–15% of breast cancers, including TNBC, and plays a role in tumorigenesis by driving key signaling pathways like RAF/MEK/MAPK (17). Here, KRAS is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
