Through the mutual mapping of drug target genes and disease target genes, combined with the PPI protein interaction network relationship for prediction, the results suggested that AKT1, TP53, FOS, MMP9, VEGFA, CASP3, and ADAR (1A, 1B, 2A, and 2C) may be the key core proteins for the treatment of lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and lung carcinoma.
