NR3C2 and hydrops fetalis: A recent meta-analysis of 13 studies with a total of 29,875 HF patients with LVEF >40% demonstrated that a quadruple-agent combination of SGLT2I, ARNI, beta blocker, and a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist provides the largest reduction in the risk of CVD and HF hospitalization, largely attributed to the effect of the triple combination of SGLT2I, ARNI, and mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist.
