Given that METTL1 is responsible of the deposition of m7G at position G46 in tRNAs, we compared the m7G sites identified by Bo-Seq in DU145 cells with those in the prostate cancer cell-line PC3, in both METTL1-expressing (WT) and METTL1-lacking (KO) conditions from data published in [23]. Here, METTL1 is linked to prostate cancer.
