The above results illustrated that Bm@PT/Enz-miR26a could significantly increase the expression of miR26a in Enz-resistant CRPC cells and tumor tissues and further inhibit tumor growth and metastasis via EZH2/SFRP1/WNT5A axis, which restored the sensitivity of Enz-resistant tumor cells to Enz and inhibited the transcriptional activation and expression of AR. This evidence concerns the gene WNT5A and neoplasm.
