CD274 and neoplasm: In the IMvigor210 cohort, when compared to the reported biomarkers for immunotherapy, such as PD1, PDL1, and tumor mutation burden (TMB) [34], BREGRS exhibited a high predictive ability (HR = 2.52, 95% CI = 1.44–4.38), ranking second to PD1 (HR = 3.71, 95% CI = 1.80–7.69) and surpassing TMB (HR = 2.04, 95% CI = 1.36–3.07) and PDL1 (HR = 2.21, 95% CI = 1.46–3.45), in terms of OS (Fig. S18).
