After cell injection four weeks later, the average tumor volume of AnxA6-overexpressing mice with 105.25 mm3 was 19.35 times smaller than the volume with 2036.42 mm3 of the control group inoculated with HepG2 cells (Fig. 1D, p < 0.05), which shows that AnxA6 overexpression slows down tumor growth in mouse HCC xenograft models.
