To understand whether differential expression of AR-associated genes (TRIM63, ATP2A1, ARHGAP28, and GATA) indicates dysregulation of AR signaling in general, we first determined AR protein expression in tissue microarrays (TMAs) consisting of prostate tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues from AA (T: 107, NT: 107) and EA men (T: 133, NT: 133).
