TXNIP and glioblastoma: The qRT-PCR results indicated that the mRNA levels of H6PD, SPP1, SLC25A20, TXNIP, and ACTA1 in GBM cells were considerably greater than those in normal human astrocytes, whereas the expression of BMP2, HADHA, CCND1, and eEF1A1 in GBM cells was notably lower compared to normal human astrocytes.
