Anti-calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), are novel therapies which have been approved in Spain for the treatment of migraine and have a good efficacy and tolerability [13, 30–32], decreasing acute headache medication use and reducing monthly headache days even in migraine patients with medication overuse headache [18].
