Consistently, METTL3 or YTHDC1 overexpression reduced cisplatin sensitivity in SGC-7901 cells, and FAM120A depletion recovered cisplatin sensitivity reduced by METTL3 or YTHDC1 overexpression (Fig. 5k, l), indicating that METTL3 and YTHDC1 could regulate cisplatin sensitivity in GC cells by upregulating FAM120A.
