In addition, we performed immunohistochemical staining on the xenograft tumor from nude mice and found that compared with the control group, knockdown of LIN28B, PCAT5, or IGF2BP3 alone could significantly reduce the expression of HK2 and PKM2 in the nude xenograft tumor, while the expression of HK2 and PKM2 in the combined knockdown of the LIN28B + PCAT5 + IGF2BP3 group was the lowest (Fig. 7G).
