NPPB and ischemia: This is indicated by higher NT‐proBNP (p = .377) and lower LVEF (p = .286) in Group A, likely due to RVMI impairing left ventricular filling (Nägele & Flammer, 2022) and more limited collateral circulation in the LV itself, evidenced by the fact that more patients in Group A presented with severe ischemia (SB‐IG III) (Billgren et al., 2004).
