In the multivariate logistic regression model that considered gender, age, diagnosis of hypertension, proteinuria ≥ 1.5 g/d, C3 hypocomplementemia, abnormal FLC ratio, hematuria, renal insufficiency, and nephrotic syndrome, the clinical indicators related to the MGRS were the presence of nephrotic syndrome (OR, 3.406; 95% CI, 1.828 to 6.345; P < 0.001) and an abnormal FLC ratio (OR, 1.792; 95% CI, 1.003 to 3.202; P = 0.049). Here, C3 is linked to hypertensive disorder.
