To investigate the impact of STAT3 and MALAT1 on NCAPD3 inhibition of miR-30a-5p and the effect of NCAPD3-STAT1-MALAT1-miR-30a-5p pathway on prostate cancer cell proliferation and migration, stable NCAPD3 overexpression PC-3 cells were individually treated with STAT3 specific inhibitor, Stattic, MALAT1 inhibitor, MALAT1-IN-1, or transfected with miR-30a-5p mimics. This evidence concerns the gene NCAPD3 and prostate carcinoma.
