Combining our miRNA sequencing with the analysis of publicly available databases, we considered that the NCAPD3–STAT3–MALAT1 pathway could be involved in the inhibition of miR-30a-3p and miR-30a-5p or their precursor miR-30a in PCa, which might relate to cell development, transcription activation, and nucleic acid or protein binding. The gene discussed is STAT3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
