CD274 and hepatitis B virus infection: Next, functional enrichment analysis was performed on the genes of Module I and Module II (Figures 10B–E), kegg analysis of Module I gene showed that this part of gene was associated with hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIF-1 pathway (Figure 10C), kegg analysis of module two genes suggested that these genes were associated with HIF-1 pathway and PD-L1 immunotherapy (Figure 10E), all of which are closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.
