Consideringthe critical role of STAT3 for the tumor progression, targeted STAT3signaling represents a promising therapeutic approach for severaltumors, including triple negative breast cancer (TNBC),35,36 acute myeloid leukemia (AML),37 and peripheralT-cell lymphoma (PTCL).38 We then selectedsix non-PDAC cell lines (MOLM16, OCI-AML3 AML cell lines, Karpas-299,SUDHL-1 PTCL cell lines; MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468 TNBC cell lines) representingother human tumor types that highly depended on STAT3. Here, STAT3 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
