Dasatinib, a multi-targeted protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting the BCR-ABL and SRC family of kinases, has been successfully used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), and several studies have shown that dasatinib inhibits the lung cancer cell proliferation in vitro and tumor growth in vitro (Zhang et al. 2020, 2023; Redin et al. 2021).
