In the processes of antitumour immunity, our results showed that the activities of immune cells, chemotaxis of immune cells to tumour tissues, and infiltration degree of immune cells in the low-CRRGPI group were significantly higher than those in the high-CRRGPI group, including CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells and NK cells, which play a major role in killing tumour cells. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
