CD8A and neoplasm: CD4+ T cells were the most abundant population in MFC tumor model, representing 35.7% of the leucocytes, followed by CD8+ T, Macrophage, and NK cells; in contrast, B cells were the most abundant population in Hepa1-6 tumor model, representing 31.7% of the leukocytes, followed by CD8+ T, CD4+ T, and NK cells.
