FGF2 and cancer: These results also showed a stronger correlation between FGF2 and the pathways related to cancer stemness (Fig. S15A-B) and JAK-STAT pathway (Fig. S15C) in FGFR1 high and medium groups compared to FGFR1 low groups, highlighting the importance of FGFR1 overexpression in enhancing cancer stemness and related pathways through FGF2.
