AURKA and neuroblastoma: With the establishment of independent predictors, MYCN non-amplified neuroblastomas were easily classified into one of the 3 subtypes, permitting a realistic scenario in which prospective subtyping is performed in a cohort, wherein patients are assigned to different therapeutics (e.g., subgroup 3 to immunotherapy, subgroup 2 to AURKA inhibitors) based on their subtype.
