SNHG26 and neoplasm: Moreover, RNA FISH of the GC cell lines HGC-27 and MKN-28 (Fig. 1G, H), GC tumor and adjacent nontumor tissues (Fig. 1I, J), and the subcellular fractionation of HGC-27 (Supplementary Fig. S1I) suggested that SNHG26 was mainly distributed in the nucleus.
