In full agreement with the results in GSE14520, CCR1 (P=0.02, Table 3 and Figure 6G), CCR5 (P=0.017, Table 3 and Figure 6H), and CCR7 (P=0.013, Table 3 and Figure 6I) were found to be significantly associated with the prognosis of HCC in the Guangxi cohort, and high levels of CCR1, CCR5, and CCR7 expression can be used to predict a favorable prognosis. The gene discussed is CCR7; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
