Influenza drugs targeting other sites are also under development, including full-human antibody 1G01 targeting NA [Fig. 3(19)(20) and 4], and oral small-molecule drug JNJ4796 [Fig. 2(11) and 3(21)], which was screened with CR6261 target as a reference, showed strong and extensive binding inhibitory activity in vitro and in vivo experiments (118, 129).
