After conducting univariate analysis using the COX proportional hazards regression model, the results indicated that the following factors significantly influenced postoperative overall survival (OS) with a significance level of P < 0.05: age, tumor differentiation grade, histologic type, T stage, N stage, M stage, summary stage, liver metastasis, brain metastasis, lung metastasis, bone metastasis, CEA level, and chemotherapy. Here, CEACAM5 is linked to bone metastasis.
