METTL3 and glioblastoma: Subsequently, to explore the potential link between ELAVL2 and m6A modification, we employed siRNA to knockdown METTL3, an m6A writer, in ELAVL2-high GBM cells and observed the reduced mRNA expression levels of SH3GL3 and DNM3, suggesting the potential relevance of m6A modification in ELAVL2 function (Fig. 7c, d).
