Our results demonstrated that ELAVL2-depleted GBM cells exhibited higher viability compared to ELAVL2-overexpressed GBM cells when treated with increasing doses of TMZ for 24 h, indicating that ELAVL2 may regulate chemoresistance in GBM cells (Fig. 4k, Supplementary Fig. 7b).
