In a preclinical model of mouse microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer, microbiota composition altered by various antibiotic regimes was shown to respond differently to anti-PD-1 therapy, and the A. muciniphila-enriched antibiotic-treated group had a better response to anti-PD-1 by influencing the metabolism of glycerolipid (Figure 2).128.
