The results showed that 60.7% of the cases were G1G2, and there were 229 patients in the first and second stages (60.7%) (Table 1); the expression of PRDX6 mRNA in G4 was lower than that in G3, G2 and G1 (Fig. 1E), indicating that the high expression of PRDX6 has a significant effect on the survival of HCC patients (Fig. 1F). This evidence concerns the gene PRDX6 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
