TP53 and prostate cancer: The enrichment results listed in Figure 4A indicate that the genes of the KEGG pathway targeted by the top ligand hesperidin are notably associated with complement and coagulation cascades, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, the HIF-1 signaling pathway, the adipocytokine signaling pathway, the p53 signaling pathway, prostate cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, and human immunodeficiency virus 1 infection.
