Obesity induced by HFSD feeding increased eight proteins (E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MIB1, Reticulophagy regulator 3, Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 50, F-box only protein 3, Secretagogin, 45 kDa calcium-binding protein, high mobility group nucleosome-binding domain-containing protein 5, and Olfactory marker protein) and decreased four proteins (ADP-ribosylation factor 2, Neuropilin-2, Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 D1, and Histone–lysine N-methyltransferase STED1A) compared to Ctrl. This evidence concerns the gene NRP2 and obesity disorder.
