The analysis of the clinical stages of patients with breast invasive carcinoma indicated that the BAX, BCL2L1, CASP8, CASP9, RELA, and NFKBIA gene expression levels were significantly (p < 0.001) higher in stages 3 and 4 for all BRCA patients, and in stage 4 for BRCA-LumA patients, than in other clinical stages. This evidence concerns the gene NFKBIA and invasive breast carcinoma.
