Fluorescence imaging of the EGFR-positive cells (HSY, A253) applied to the EGFR Affibody–IR700Dye conjugate showed a similar fluorescence intensity of IR700Dye to ICC (Figure 1b and Figure 2a), suggesting that the EGFR Affibody–IR700Dye conjugate bound to the EGFR protein on EGFR-positive cells was highly specific. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
