CCR5 and Cognitive impairment: Cognitive assessment results revealed that a sum of 115 people (54.8%) were found to be cognitively impaired, with a median MoCA score of 25, indicating mild cognitive impairment, observed in 81.74% of patients receiving treatment with an NRTI, 39.13% with an NNRTI, 71.30% with an NtRTI, 17.4% with an IP, 64.35% with an INI, and 1.74% with a CCR5 inhibitor.
