CD274 and cervical cancer: Pembrolizumab, a PD-1 receptor-blocking monoclonal antibody, demonstrated favorable outcomes in advanced cervical cancer patients, with an objective response rate (ORR) of 12.2% in the KEYNOTE-158 trial [34] and 17% in the KEYNOTE-028 trial [35], leading to FDA approval for relapsed or metastatic cervical cancer with PD-L1 expression [36,37].
