For the in vivo assay performed in C57BL/6 mice (Figure 2H), the CM2-injected tumor graft showed evident tumor growth (Figure 2N), IDO1 expression in tumor tissue (Figure 2O), a lower relative Trp concentration (Figure 2P), higher relative [Kyn]/[Trp] ratio (Figure 2Q), as well as lower relative CD8+T proportions in tumor-infiltrated lymphocytes (TIL) (Figure 2R), compared with the tumor graft treated by CM1 or CM3. This evidence concerns the gene IDO1 and neoplasm.
