We observed significant difference in the following parameters: thrombocytopenia (43.0% vs. 30.6%), anemia (82.2% vs. 64.9%), anti-dsDNA (95.7% vs. 82.0%), anti-Sm (41.1% vs. 22.5%), anti-RNP (36.0% vs. 20.7%), anti-SS-A (70.2% vs. 59.5%), ANCA (14.0% vs. 1.8%) and cryoglobulinemia (5.4% vs. 0.9%), as shown in Table 2. The gene discussed is RNPC3; the disease is cryoglobulinemia.
