EGFR and hypertensive disorder: Similarly, the risk of hypertension (RR, 5.11; 95% CI: 2.93, 8.89; p < 0.0001), diarrhea (RR, 2.25; 95% CI: 1.43, 3.54; p = 0.0005), and proteinuria (RR, 12.22; 95% CI: 5.83, 25.60; p < 0.0001) were significantly higher in NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs plus anti-VEGFR compared to EGFR-TKI alone (Table 3; Supplementary Figure S2A–E).
