Eight main types of cells and their marker genes, including fibroblasts (Col1a2) [39, 40], macrophages (Arg1, Mrc1) [41], granulocytes (S100a8, S100a9) [42], T cells (Cd3g) [43], monocytes (Cd74, H2-eb1) [41, 44, 45], B cells (Cd79a, Cd79b) [46], endothelial cells (Cdh5, Pecam1) [47] and tumor cells, were finally identified (Fig. 1i).
