Our data coincide with what was proposed by Kurz et al., where performing an aerobic routine increases intratumoral infiltration of IL15Rα+ lymphocytes, reducing tumor growth through the effect of the immune system on the tumor; in addition, adding an IL-15 super-agonist (NIZ985) improves the response to chemotherapy treatment or anti-PD118 drugs. This evidence concerns the gene IL15RA and neoplasm.
