ITGAV and cancer: Analogous patterns were observed in patients with different types of cancer, wherein elevated expression of the ITGAV gene exhibited a notable correlation with diminished long-term overall survival rates across various cancer types, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), sarcoma (SARC), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figure S2).
