In this study, analysis of both TCGA and GEO datasets revealed a significantly upregulated gene expression of ITGAV in HNSCC and various cancers, such as cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figure S1). Here, ITGAV is linked to squamous cell lung carcinoma.
