ITGAV and cancer: In this study, analysis of both TCGA and GEO datasets revealed a significantly upregulated gene expression of ITGAV in HNSCC and various cancers, such as cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figure S1).
