Among the 105 proteins analyzed, we identified 14 differential factors that exhibited a significant increase in tumor samples (fold change > 2 and p < 0.05, when compared to the control medium), including angiogenin, adiponectin, apolipoprotein A1 (Apo-A1), macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9), endoglin, lipocalin-2, trefoil factor 3 (TFF3), complement D, CD14, CD40L, cystatin C, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), and thrombospondin-1 (Figure 2).
